Commercial

The money side of the same record.

Shippers, agreements, price lists, cost centres, invoicing and COD settlement – reading the shipment the driver actually delivered, not a copy of it.

The argument

Operations and billing usually run on two truths.

One says what happened. The other says what was charged. They are reconciled by a person, monthly, under time pressure.

The classic shape: the TMS knows the gate measured one weight; the billing system charges the declared one, because the declaration is the only weight it ever received. Nobody is lying. The two systems were simply never asked the same question at the same time.

Multiply by a month and it becomes a reconciliation project, a credit note cycle and a relationship problem with a customer who is not wrong.

Here the price list rates the shipment that exists – the one with the measured weight, the actual service, the real lane and the COD that was collected at the door on a card.

Which means the invoice is not produced from a report. It is produced from the same object the driver closed, and every line on it can be opened back down to the scan that created it.

An invoice you can open down to the scan is an invoice nobody argues with twice.

What is inside the block

Five products, one ledger.

Shippers & agreements

Who you carry for and on what terms, as structured data the rest of the line can read – not as a PDF in a shared drive.

Price lists & rating

What a shipment costs to carry, priced from what it actually was: measured weight, real service, real lane, real zone.

Cost centres & invoicing

Where the cost sat and the invoice that comes out of it, per shipper, per cost centre, per period.

COD settlement

Cash, Soft PoS and NFC taken at the door, reconciled back to the shipment and the shipper without a second system – and flagged when it is not.

Shipper app

Book, track, pay, self-serve. Your customer’s own window onto their own parcels – the questions that never become a phone call.

The AI under this block

Agreement viabilityWhether the terms you are about to sign can be served profitably at the volumes and the geography in front of you – before the contract, not after the first quarter.
Revenue protectionDeclared against measured, per shipper and per lane. Lastmily estimate: up to 20% of billable weight bypasses the sorter, and up to 80% of that leakage is recoverable.
Price-list modellingWhat a change to a price list does to margin across the book, tested against the shipments you actually carried.

Bring one shipper and one month.

We will rate it from the measured record and show you the gap against what was invoiced.
